This describes exactly what happens to the information you give us and the information your browser gives us. It is written against what our code actually does. If you find something on this page that does not match what you observe, write to [email protected] and we will fix whichever one is wrong.
Who we are
Lonta AI is a performance marketing service based in San Francisco, CA, working with home-service businesses across the United States. We decide what happens to the information described here, and we answer for it. You can reach us at [email protected].
What you give us
One form on this site collects information, and only when you choose to submit it. It asks for your name, work email address, phone number, website address, and a range describing your monthly advertising spend. There is an optional message field. There is also a consent checkbox for calls and texts, which is unchecked by default and which you do not have to tick to submit the form or to become a customer.
We record whether you ticked that box, the exact wording you were shown, and the time you submitted it — because if we ever call you, the burden of showing you agreed to that sits with us.
What your browser gives us
When you submit the form, we also record your IP address, the approximate city, region and country Cloudflare derives from it, your browser’s user-agent string, the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers in the URL you arrived on — utm_source, gclid, fbclid and their equivalents.
Those identifiers exist so that if you become a customer we can tell the advertising platform that its click produced a real customer rather than a form fill. That is the same measurement we sell, applied to ourselves.
What we store in your browser
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts.
It uses one sessionStorage entry to remember the campaign parameters from the page you arrived on, so they survive if you visit a second page before submitting the form. It is deleted when you close the tab, it never leaves your browser except as part of a form submission you choose to make, and blocking it breaks nothing.
Nothing on this site follows you to other websites, and no analytics or advertising company collects information about you through it. So there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If we ever add something that would track you, it will respect those signals, and this page will say so before it goes live.
Who else processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, runs the function that receives the form, and stores your submission.
Resend sends the notification of your request to our inbox.
Google runs our business email through Google Workspace. The notification arrives there, and our replies to you are sent from it.
Salesforce is our CRM. We keep your enquiry there, and your customer record if you hire us, so that whoever replies to you can see the whole history.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.
We and the companies named on this page may process information outside your state or country, including outside the United States. The commitments on this page apply wherever that happens.
If you become a customer
We work inside the advertising, analytics, call-tracking and CRM accounts you give us access to. They remain your accounts under your control. We use what we find there only to do the work you hired us for, and we act on your instructions within them.
We use AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI to analyze account data and draft changes, copy and reports. Both process that data on our behalf and, under their business terms, may not use it to train their models. A person on our team reviews every change before it goes live in your account.
Our data processing addendum puts these commitments in writing, lists every company that processes customer data for us, and says how we tell you before we add one. Ask for it at [email protected] before you grant any access.
How long we keep it
If you request an audit and do not become a customer, we keep your submission for 24 months so that we can recognize you if you come back, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, and we will not require a reason.
Customer records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards where US tax and accounting rules require it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
These rights do not depend on where you live, or on whether a particular state privacy law applies to us. If you live in California or another state with its own privacy law, you use them the same way. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will change first and the opt-out will be here.
If you ticked the consent box and change your mind, reply “stop” to any text or tell us on any call, and we will stop calling and texting immediately. That does not affect the audit or anything else you asked for.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this page we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects information we already hold about you, we will email you rather than rely on you noticing.
